Practical Meditation
Meditation is a deeply personal practice that takes many forms. This can be simply from the focus of a mantra, observing a candle flame or the breath, to using visualisations which can lead to higher realms of consciousness. Whatever the level or type of meditation you choose the results can be similar, that of a deep sense of well being and a feeling of relaxation and release of stress. You can learn to have more control over the feelings and emotions that sometimes disrupt or disturb your peace of mind or prevent you from obtaining what you want from life.
Meditation is a discipline that can with practice be used anywhere and at anytime. Just 15-20 minutes a day can produce profound results.
