The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can be simply explained as being a form of acupuncture without needles. It is an emotional healing technique which can be used to free you of traumas, phobias, grief, guilt, anxiety, etc. and can also relieve many physical symptoms such as aches and pains, headaches and migraines, asthma, PMT and menopausal symptoms.
